Villa Fratta Suite is a beautiful studio apartment set in the greenery, with a breathtaking sea view. Outside, there is an equipped terrace, ideal for dining or relaxing while admiring the crystal-clear waters of the Sorrento Peninsula. Just a 15-minute walk away, you’ll find the most renowned beaches with a view of Mount Vesuvius. Relax in a villa designed to provide you with a stay of utmost comfort.

Villa Fratta Suite can accommodate up to 2 people, making it perfect for couples, but it is also ideal for families of 3, thanks to the possibility of adding a comfortable extra bed.

You can easily get around with a shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes, at a cost of €1.50 per ticket. For those who prefer to travel by car, there is a guarded garage for vehicles with a height not exceeding 1.90 meters. Alternatively, there is also the option to park for free along the street.

The property is equipped with clean bed linen and towels, and guests are responsible for daily tidying up. We are happy to arrange additional cleaning services during your stay, available for an extra charge.

Please note that in order to receive the keys at check-in, you will need to show your documents or send them via message in advance. Also, the tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st, €4.00 per night up to the first 7 nights) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The property is accessible only via a short flight of stairs.

Please be reminded that any arrival beyond the established check-in time will incur a €50 fee.
