Sauber und Gute Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist sauber. Die Ausstattung ist abgewohnt und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Keine 4 gleiche Weingläser, Couch ist durchgesessen. Die Wohnung ist günstig, aber wir wollen eine bessere Ausstattung und sind bereit auch mehr zu zahlen.

Jedes Jahr verbessern wir verschiedene Aspekte unserer Unterkunft, und dieses Jahr ist keine Ausnahme – zum Beispiel mit dem neuen Kühlschrank, den wir während deines Aufenthalts gekauft haben. Wir nehmen das Feedback unserer Gäste immer ernst, um uns weiter zu verbessern. Es freut uns, dass du deinen Aufenthalt genossen hast und bereit wärst, für mehr Komfort mehr zu zahlen. Einfach

Das Appartment ist über zwei Ebenen, in der oberen Ebene befinden sich zwei Balkons, der eine geht zur Mitte der Appartmentanlage, da kann man nur auf Balkone der anderen Apartments schauen, das ist wenig schön. Der andere Balkon hat seitlichen Meerblick und direkt schaut man Wohnmobilparkplätze und auf ein trockenes Flussbett. Dorthin leeren leider viele Ihre Hinterlassenschaften und urinieren auch direkt dorthin. Der Geruch ist hierfür typisch, dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz, der zu dem Appartement gehört, das ist daher eine echte Aufgabe einen zu finden. Das Appartment wurde uns sauber übergeben, leider wurde vergessen uns den Wasserhaupthahn zu öffnen, es hat eine Zeit gebraucht bis wir das gelöst hatten und Wasser bekamen. Die Einrichtung inclusive Teller und Besteck ist das Billigste was der Chinesenmarkt zu bieten hat, das ist schade. Die Duschen tröpfeln nur, da die Brausen schon verkalkt sind, Der Wasserkocher war neu, der Kühlschrank funktionierte gut und das Doppelbett im unteren Geschoss war zum Innenhof hin, man hörte daher die Nachbarn kommen und gehen. Das Bett war nicht gerade komfortabel, die Einrichtung wie bereits beschrieben sehr einfach. Der Balkon Richtung Parkplatz war mit Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet, der Sonnenschirm musste leider oft zu bleiben ,da er dem Wind nicht standhielt. Dennoch saßen wir häufiger auf dem Balkon. Damit sauber, groß genug für 2 E plus 2 K, techn, Geräte funktionieren, aber recht einfach.

Menefreghismo

Il proprietario non si è degnato di richiamarci quando eravamo in difficoltà per il codice sbagliato e per le indicazioni scarse ed inprecise che ci aveva rilasciate. Abbiamo telefonato più volte e non ha risposto. L'appartamento in effetti poi non e' male e ben attrezzato anche se in quatto adulti due si sacrificano a solaio.

Oh Gesù! Solo 2 stelle su 5, eh? Sembra che non siamo riusciti a soddisfare le tue aspettative cosmiche. Siamo spiacenti di non essere stati in grado di leggere la tua mente e decifrare i tuoi bisogni più profondi durante il tuo arrivo. Nonostante tutti gli invitati siano sempre arrivati seguendo perfettamente le nostre indicazioni e nonostante io li abbia seguiti telefonicamente. Forse volevano avere un maggiordomo 24 ore su 24 e un servizio a 5 stelle, grande lusso ma al prezzo di un super duplex per le vacanze ;) Siamo lieti di sapere che almeno il nostro duplex ha soddisfatto le tue aspettative di qualità, ti sono piaciuti i tramonti cinematografici e l'essere a un minuto dalla spiaggia, passeggiare lungo il viale e scoprire la magnifica offerta gastronomica di Playa San Juan ;) Saluti dal paradiso ed eccoci qui per tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno in futuro :)
