All individually air-conditioned apartments are fully equipped with an open kitchen, a comfortable dining table / desk. free WIFI and luxurious boxspring beds. A 43" smart TV and a BOSE sound box ensure good entertainment.
For a perfect start in the morning each apartment has a Nespresso machine and a water cooker, snacks and beverages as wells as washing machines /dryers are available in our lounge.

Modern fully furnished and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, water cooker.
Superior single Apartment partially with balcony and outdoor furniture.
Bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer equipped with Bogner soap products.
Oversized boxspring bed (120x210 cm / e.g. 47x83 inch) with a height of 68 cm (e.g. 27 inch) with pocket spring mattress and topper as well as down blanket / pillow from the famous German Mühldorfer bedding manufacture.

Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt, insbesondere im beruflichen Kontext.
Standort und Anbindung zu ÖPNV. Die umfangreiche Ausstattung der Apartments (gemütliches, großes Bett, Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage etc.) Waschmaschinen, Snack- und Getränkeautomaten, kostenloser Parkplatz. Regelmäßige Reinigung. Und natürlich der günstige Preis.
