PRACTICAL ADVICE :
- the studio is located on the ground floor of our house, we will be able to meet in the garden, our cat being very friendly, you will be likely to meet him during his walks.

- we live on site and are therefore available during your stay.

Arrivals are between 5pm and 9pm by appointment, departures until 10am
a contract with deposit will be made before your arrival. The inventory of fixtures with photo will be made the day of your arrival.
The villa Nice House Rent offers an independent outbuilding and a studio on the first floor of the villa. Ideally located, and recently renovated with air conditioning and terrace with tables and chairs

You will have internet by wifi

Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, fridge, electric hob and microwave oven.
The coffee table can be raised for more comfort for meals

You will have a set of towels for the bathroom and a set of beach towels.

A welcome kit will be provided upon arrival: toilet paper, saline, coffee, tea, sugar

The outbuilding has a reserved parking outside at 300m
