Jean Luc and his wife were lovely. They graciously met us later then check in time due to our late train. They were polite and friendly when explaining the apartment, and made us feel very welcome. It is a very safe and secure apartment, with everything you would need for a week long stay. Steps away from the Promenade! We would stay again! Thank you Jean Luc!

Saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht.

Diese Ferienwohnung sieht genau so aus, wie man es auf dem Foto sieht: ein großes geräumiges Zimmer, ein sehr schönes großes Bad. Die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine einen Fön und ich glaube auch ein Bügeleisen. Ein Regenschirm stand in einer Ecke und einen Einkaufswagen habe ich auch gesehen. Wenn man wie wir ohne Auto unterwegs ist,ist sie ideal gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber auch die Bushaltestelle und die Bahnstation sind nicht weit weg. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es wird einem leicht gemacht, sie sauber zu halten, denn es ist alles erdenkliche dafür vorhanden. Wenn man wie wir,nicht mit seinem Partner/in unterwegs ist, ist das Bett ein bisschen zu klein. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt. ( Den Wochenmarkt am Dienstag/Donnerstag sollte man unbedingt besuchen)

Joli studio très bien situé

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce studio très bien situé. Il est très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli et nos hôtes nous ont donné tous les renseignements nécessaires aussi bien technique pour les différents appareils, que pratique pour le stationnement. Nous connaissons bien le quartier et si nous revenons à deux, nous reviendrons dans ce studio !

Charmant studio, très propre, décoré avec charme et goût, très bien équipé, à toute proximité de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants, au cœur du village du Cros-de-Cagnes, près des transports en commun qui permettent d’aller à Nice, Monaco, Antibes sans endurer les bouchons. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné : petit cadeau de bienvenue, de quoi repasser, cuisiner, linge, livres à disposition. L’impression d’etre accueilli chez des amis, dans un cadre douillet et personnalisé, pensé dans les détails pour que l’on se sente bien et que la vie quotidienne estivale soit facile. Je recommande cette location, sans réserve.

Accueil charmant du propriétaire avec mise à disposition de dépliant divers sur les sites à visiter, les moyens de locomotion à disposition et un petit présent gourmand de bienvenue. Appartement très agréable, lumineux et ensoleillé. Très bien équipé, un seul bémol l'absence d'une machine à laver qui s'explique par le manque de place et pas de place de parking attitré. Expérience à renouveler sans modération.

Très joli appartement, confortable, décoration soignée, à 2 pas de la plage et du marché !

Séjour extrêmement agréable dans ce studio vraiment mignon et très fonctionnel, très propre et lumineux. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et font tout leur possible pour nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous conseiller. Le petit plus : le petit mot de bienvenue et une petite spécialité locale à déguster à notre arrivée ! Le quartier est très calme, L'appartement est à proximité de tous les commerces, de restaurants au bord de mer, des petits cafés ... La rue du marché est très animée, on peut y trouver beaucoup de spécialités locales et de produits frais. Les bus sont nombreux, très pratiques et circulent très souvent : un endroit idéalement placé pour decouvrir la région et profiter de la plage après les visites ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
