Apê Calypso is a modern and luxury two bedroom apartment equipped for 1 to 4 people high up in the Calypso building. It is about 92 m2 (± 990 ft2) and also has 23 m2 (± 248 ft2) of outdoor space spread over two balconies.
The apartment is very bright and has an unobstructed view over the city. The building is less than five minutes walking distance from Central Station. There is a private parking space in the garage below the building. The apartment has underfloor heating and cooling. There is fast broadband internet (wired + wifi) and a wide range of (international) digital tv channels.

Inside the apartment there is hardly any outside noise. But also on the balcony you will notice the relative tranquility because of the absence of heavy traffic.

The apartment has a living room with a sitting area, dining table and open plan kitchen. There is a smart TV with international channels and Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker, American style fridge and more.
Adjacent to the livingroom there is a large balcony with a lounge sofa and dining table. This south facing balcony offers a lot of privacy since there are no neighbouring balconies. And because it's a covered balcony you can sit outside even if it's raining.

There are two bedrooms with a total of four beds. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (210 x 180). This bedroom has a large wardrobe and is equipped with a smart TV. Adjacent to the room there is a balcony with a lounge chair which offers a view on the square Schouwburgplein below.

The second bedroom has two single beds (200 x 90). This room has a wardrobe as well. Through a narrow door the balcony of the master bedroom can be reached as well.

The bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower with a regular showerhead as well as a rainshower and a double sink. The apartment has a separate toilet.

There is a washing machine in the extra storage room.

In the entance hall of the building there is a counter that is staffed during the day. There is also a fitness room in the building.

The Calypso building is centrally located next to the square Schouwburgplein, directly adjacent to the shopping area Lijnbaan, cinema, restaurants etc. On the ground floor there is a supermarket, a Bagels & Beans and a sushi & grill restaurant. Central Station is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the building.
