Villa Laurona by Villa Plus
If location is important to you, it doesn't get much better than Villa Laurona! It is only 10 minutes' walk from the main Strip of Puerto del Carmen and Playa Grande Beach. The Strip is lined with a never-ending choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants all overlooking the sea. This 7 bedroom property has independent facilities on 2 levels making it ideal for larger parties. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and the ground floor lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.
Villa Laurona is in a fantastic central location in Puerto del Carmen. This villa is a short stroll from the main Strip with its bars, restaurants and nightlife. The walk back to the villa is on a short uphill slope. The sandy beach of Playa Grande is nearby and there are many water sports available. The Biosfera shopping centre and the delightful old town and harbour are also within walking distance. The villa is semi-detached with our villa Castillo and villa Susie is next door.
