Nestled amidst olive trees, this delightful 2 bedroom villa is situated in an area known as Simotata above Lourdas Bay. Located in the foothills of the impressive Mount Ainos, Villa Katoikia Mia’s elevated position affords stunning panoramic views. Just 5 minutes’ drive away is Vlahata village, a charming setting with a bakery, mini market and cafe. A little further is Lourdas resort, where you’ll find a host of tavernas, shops and a magnificent beach. This location is ideal for enjoying the beautiful Kefalonia scenery with everything you need close by.
