Ciompi Prestige Florence by Mmega

Welcome to our elegant and spacious home located on Via Pietrapiana in the heart of Florence. This 120 square meter apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with an eclectic taste to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower only), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a dining room and two terraces. In particular, one of the bedrooms is a real suite with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for our guests.

The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, making meal preparation easy. Wi-Fi internet connection is included in the rent.

The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people: two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds and the living room has a single sofa bed. This makes it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking for spacious and comfortable accommodation during their stay in Florence.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, within walking distance of some of the main tourist attractions of Florence, such as Piazza dei Ciompi and Piazza Santa Croce. You are also within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and shops, making it easy to enjoy daily Florentine life.

Beautiful and nice location

When following Google maps the address does not take you to the location correctly. The taxi driver did it incorrectly and when ordering the Uber he did it incorrectly as well. So that was frustrating, and when we initially met, it seems like the property manager had never had any issues with it before and was annoyed that we were late and couldn’t find the property. Give Uber a different/close address. The master bedroom is huge, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The other queen bedroom is not very comfortable and was very noisy with street noise during the weekend. The twin beds were basic and sufficient. The kitchen was nice but very basic. It has a beautiful center courtyard and a backyard balcony. The WiFi wasn’t working. They came the next morning to fix it. Remember, first floor in Italy means second floor for US standards. Ground zero is their first floor, so that was unexpected for us. The coffee house down the street in the square is awesome.

Firenze in June

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Clean with lovely AC. There was a challenge with transportation throughout the city. Taxis were not readily available at the apartment. We missed our departure train due to lack of available taxis on our final day. I would recommend this apartment, but maybe at a different time of year and book transportation well in advance.

Great location with all needed amenities. We were a bit unsure of how to work A/C and weren’t told where the washing machine was located but otherwise loved the place!
