The spacious living room features a comfy sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and a work desk for remote workers. The room has many books for entertainment and an oversized window that brightens the space and makes it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The two well-proportioned bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a great neighbourhood with incredible fantastic restaurants, pubs and bars. The owners work in hospitality and have created a folder with many recommendations for their favourite places. There is something for everyone, with nearby attractions like Spitalfields Market, Haggerston Park, Bunhill Fields Burial Ground, and Shoreditch Church. Enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many beautiful restaurants and bars like Dishoom Shoreditch, The Breakfast Club Hoxton, or Red Dog Saloon. If you're looking for a takeaway, check out Sheba Restaurant, awarded the Best Curry House in the UK. With so much to do and see, Sunbury House is the perfect place to stay while exploring London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Shoreditch High Street (Overground line), is just a 7-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
