Villa Qualia with private pool
Villa Qualia is a renovated family house in central Istria in the small town of Srbinjak, 3 km from Tinjan. It consists of 4 bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with TV and 3 bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the second floor, as is the terrace. The living room and kitchen, as well as the guest toilet, are located on the ground floor, on the same level as the swimming pool and outdoor dining area. The private pool can be heated on request. There is also a very well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a seating area for 8 people. The villa also offers free wifi and 2 parking spaces. This beautiful villa is a perfect blend of traditional Istrian charm combined with modern design and details that will surely make you feel comfortable while staying in this house.
