Casa Adriana is a beautifully renovated modern townhouse, finished to the highest standards and ideally situated in the prestigious Marbellamar community, just steps from the golden sands of Casablanca Beach on Marbella’s renowned Golden Mile. It offers the perfect balance between a peaceful beachside retreat and easy access to Marbella’s glamorous social scene. From the doorstep, guests can enjoy the Paseo Marítimo, leading east to the historic Old Town with its traditional tapas bars and charming streets, or west to the iconic Marbella Club and the ultra-chic Puente Romano Resort, home to Michelin-starred restaurants and stylish bars. Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Adriana is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.



No car is required during your stay, as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions are all within walking distance, and convenient public transport options are readily available. Casa Adriana comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests (supplement applies for more than 8) and is fully equipped with modern bathrooms, crisp cotton linens, indoor and outdoor living spaces, optional maid service, fast unlimited Wi-Fi, and access to over 140 international TV channels including Sky Sports, BT Sports, and Sky Movies.



Guests can enjoy the seasonal Marbellamar community swimming pool, as well as tennis and paddle courts, while Marbella offers an abundance of leisure activities including water sports, parasailing, dolphin safaris, horse riding, and world-class golf. With more than 30 excellent restaurants within 500 metres and four supermarkets within a seven-minute walk, Casa Adriana provides everything needed for a relaxed, luxurious stay, making it an ideal home for families, friends, and those seeking both comfort and convenience in the heart of Marbella.



Guests enjoy access to over 140 UK, Scandinavian, and other international TV channels, including Sky Sports, BT Sports, Sky Movies, and more, as well as fast, unlimited Wi-Fi (up to 100mbps) with access points on every floor.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

April 20 to May 1: Pool closed



May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
