Great spot in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach

Great house in a great location. House was very clean and well maintained. Provided beach gear was perfect to take with on the short drive or walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood that is also very close to shops and grocery store. Will for sure stay again on my next Kauai trip.

Perfect Hideaway

Clean, modern, well kept, beach toys and bikes were a bonus, walk, drive or bike to beaches, multiple shopping and dinning opportunities close by. Don't want a resort... Stay here!

Perfect Poipu Getaway

The place was very clean and homey. We loved the bikes and beach gear in the garage. Outdoor shower was also a huge plus. Location is perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, and closer to Waimea than Lihue.

Great Find In Poipu Beach Estates

Loved our stay! The place was private and quiet but close to everything in Poipu. The house was clean and updated. Checking in and out was a breeze. Made great use of the beach chairs and bikes provided. Would definitely stay here again!

This home has everything you need. It is small, clean and modern. The winds kept the place cool if the windows were kept open. Nice to have a garage with two bikes to cruise around with. The area is very quiet with beautiful homes.

Great place to stay

This self-contained property is a great place to stay for a couple like us. About 10 minutes walk to two different shopping areas. The garage is great too - nice to have a place to park the car out of direct sun and heat.

Loved our stay here. So well equiped with the beach cruisers, snorkels and towels. So nice to be close to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Mino was a lovely host and kindly offered for us to use her laundry out the back while the washing machine was getting fixed

beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood, very close to the beach

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while we were on the south shore of Kauai and we absolutely loved it. They supplied chairs, snorkels, boards, and an umbrella for us to bring to the beach and the house was nice and clean. We went on a walk each morning we were there and felt so at home. We didn’t realize that there was no AC so we were caught off guard but thankfully they also had several stand up fans in the house! 10/10

Coziest cottage by the beach

This cute little cottage is perfect. A home away from home, every time we walked in from a day of adventure it was so refreshing. They really put thought into making sure you had everything you would need at your fingertips. I’ve already referred all our friends, we can’t wait to plan another stay here this summer!

Quiet, Clean, and Cozy

Neighborhood is quiet, cottage is well maintained and modernized. No air conditioning, but if you keep the fans running and windows open while there it stays cool (even when it's up 90 degrees out!). It is a nice place for 1-2 people to stay around beaches and restaurants, but far enough away to keep things quiet and private!

Excellent Quiet house walking distance to Beach

The house was cute and comfortable. It's located walking distance to two beaches. We used the bikes to ride out to Spouting Park to see the blowhole. It only took an hour and 15 minutes to drive to the Hanalei. It's really close to Waimea Canyon. The location is great. There's also some shops within walking distance. The price was reasonable as well.

House is brand new and has the comfort as such. Has everything you need for a 2 person stay. Outdoor shower with great water pressure was a plus. There were a few quirks that's weren't addressed but will pass on to property management for future guests.

So peaceful……

Quiet neighborhood with many cul-de-sacs; makes it perfect for a sweet bike ride with the bikes provided in the garage. The place is so clean and new. Just perfect. Slept with the windows open and awoke to the birdsong. We walked 10 minutes each morning to the Sheraton for breakfast which was fantastic. We stopped to view ocean afterwards. ❤️

Great cottage in paradise

This is a wonderful little cottage in a great neighborhood in Poipu. Conveniently located near beaches, shopping and activities. Charming and warm, this cottage has everything a couple needs for a comfortable stay. 100% as advertised. Check-in was effortless and straightforward. The only thing we wish was available would be air conditioning, as it tended to get pretty warm in the afternoons. Overall, I rate this as five stars across the board! My wife & I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at Hale Minoaka

We really enjoyed our stay at Hale Minoaka. The home was clean and well maintained, bright and open. There is a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen, a washer dryer, and even a Smart TV when you come home from a long day of outdoor activities and need to veg out for a little. We appreciated the nice touches of welcome gifts and welcome book, and were stocked with towels, toiletries, and even sunscreen. The neighborhood is quiet and we encourage visitors to go out and look at the stars at night. We even took advantage of the mountain bikes, and the location is great, just a short walk/bike ride from some beautiful beaches. Hopefully we will be back again! Thank you!

What you see is what you get

Such a lovely little house! And by far the most clean one we've ever had. We felt very comfortable. Everything was on par with the description and the pictures. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which suited us just fine but beaches, shops, restaurants are within walking distance and Koloa is only a short drive away. Communication with Destination Kauai before and during our stay was excellent. We had a minor problem and it was promptly seen to.
