Verwohnte, kalte und abgenutzte Unterkunft
Der Aufenthalt begann mit einer notdürftig gereinigten Unterkunft. Putzeimer und Reinigungsuntensilien standen noch herum. Eine ganze Menge an Interieur war fehlerhaft, angerostet und abgenutzt. Das Sofa voller Flecken (somit für uns nicht nutzbar), Deckenleuchte im Bad defekt, Balkontür quietschte laut, SZ-Fenster hing nur noch an einer Befestigung, lose und dreckige Abdichtungen in der Dusche, Badfenster nicht anzukippen, Handtuchhalter lose und angerostet, angerostete Duschwand, Abfluss in Dusche lose, Schloß Eingangstür mit Checkkarte sehr einfach zu öffnen (nicht sicher), Eingangstür total verschlissen und aus dünnem Holz, div. Schranktüren behelfsmäßig (unfachmännisch) gestrichen, viel Interieur und Möbel sind billigstes Ikea-Kram, aufgequollene Arbeitsplatten in Küche, Herdfronten und Ceranfeld nicht gereinigt und stark abgenutzt, Besteck und Schubladen dreckig, Besteck und Geschirr nicht vollständig, Kühlschrank angerostet, Glastisch und Wozimmertisch nicht gereinigt, Fliesenfussböden nur gefegt und nicht gewischt, Haare im Waschbecken, auf Balkon Wendeltreppe verrostet, Balkontisch aufgequollen, kein Staubsauger vorhanden, Müll kann nicht entsorgt werden (fehlender Schlüssel), alle Fenster nicht gereinigt. Weiterhin unpraktische Einrichtungen wie fehlende Garderobe, Lichtschalter hinter den Türen (Bad+Eingangsflur), Badfenster steht geöffnet direkt über dem WC. Wir hatten laut Anzeige deutlich mehr mehr von der Unterkunft erwartet und wurden enttäuscht.

Location is superb, overlooking the sea, peaceful but close enough to be able to walk to the main attractions. Pool is decent but lacked any shade - no parasols and only 6 usable sunbeds between 12 apartments. Apartment was clean, neat and tidy but very basic. Disappointingly the balcony above the apartment was closed off.

Excellent Apartment!
Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect ... it's very quiet but close enough to the beach and restaurants of Port de Pollença (10 minutes to the first beach and 20-30 minute walk to the main area by the marina). Ample private parking, a great pool, beach towels and an easy check-in process. They were also very accommodating when we had a last minute flight cancellation and needed to extend our stay by a night - even though we called just a few minutes before checkout. I would say the only feedback would be that if you plan to do any real cooking, the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils. It had the basics, but a few things were missing - cutting boards, spatulas, etc.
