The recent renovation, carried out under the directives of a well-known architect from Genoa, has preserved the characteristics of the time while providing the property with maximum functionality and comfort in a modern perspective. The building has a a gym, a relaxation area and a laundry room on the first floor, which are available to all residents and guests.The apartment opens onto the large living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, an armchair bed, a desk, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and a desk.
