VILLA MUNA is located in a hilly area (450 metres above sea level) in the municipality of Ferentillo. Originally, Villa Muna was a two-family home, built in 1973 using traditional masonry (exposed stone and plastered tuff), with a total area of approximately 750 square metres spread over four levels.
The accommodation consists of 8 rooms with private bathrooms, including 1 room with a double bed plus two single beds, 4 rooms with a double bed plus a single bed, and 3 rooms with only a double bed.
The ground floor houses the reception area and a lounge with a fireplace, a sitting area, and a TV.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious lounge with a fireplace for breakfast, a game table, a bar, a TV, and a panoramic terrace. Additionally, this floor features a room with a double bed and a single bed.
On the second floor, there are four rooms with double beds, each featuring a spacious terrace offering a splendid panoramic view of the valley below and the town of Struttura.
On the third floor, there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a double bed and two single beds. This room features a fully functional kitchen that can be used upon request.
The furnishings are functional, and all equipment is in excellent condition.

Villa Muna is situated on a 15,000-square-meter hillside property, 1,300 square metres of which are used as a garden and parking area. There are several trails that allow for relaxing walks in the heart of the surrounding nature. A particularly picturesque walk is the hike up Mount Pennino, from whose summit you can enjoy panoramic views of both the Valnerina and the Conca Ternana.
The village of Ferentillo is located along the Valnerina, about 6 km from Terni and about 15 km from Spoleto. In addition to its natural and historical beauty, Ferentillo—famous for its museum of mummies—offers sports activities specific to the area, including a rock-climbing school, rafting on the Nera River, mountain biking with the local mountain bike school, and other activities.
The Marmore Falls, Europe’s highest waterfall at over 165 metres, is about 10 km away, and 20 km away lies Lake Piediluco, fed by the Velino River, which, just a few kilometres from the lake, flows into the Nera River, forming the Marmore Falls. Piediluco has the characteristics of a typical alpine lake.

Shops and services (pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, petrol station, bar-tobacco shop) are 4–6 km from Villa Muna in the town of Strettura.
Villa Muna is located at the top of the hill overlooking the town of Strettura. Its main feature, aside from the complete absence of air pollution, is the opportunity to enjoy a healthy sense of tranquility—even though the busy Flaminia state highway runs just one kilometre away as the crow flies.
Villa Muna is situated almost in the centre of Umbria, making it an ideal base for day trips: you can set out in the morning to visit places of interest and return to Villa Muna in the evening.
