A charming and cosy apartment equipped with all the essential amenities to accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in a building typical of the area, featuring striking architectural details such as stone arches that keep it particularly cool in the summer. The location is ideal: it’s outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) on a quiet street, yet just 20 metres from the historic centre and a short distance from all points of interest. The Corato train station is a 15-minute walk away.<br><br><br><br>The 50-square-meter apartment is on the ground floor of a building with a separate entrance from the street (please note there is a low step at the entrance).<br><br><br><br>The interior is laid out as follows:<br><br>- KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, and conventional oven<br><br>- LIVING AREA with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a 52-inch smart TV, and a fan coil unit that serves as both a heater and an air conditioner<br><br>- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, a clothes rack, and a built-in closet, separated from the living area by a partition wall <br><br>- BATHROOM with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>The apartment is equipped with a Verisure alarm system complete with a remote control featuring an SOS anti-robbery feature.
