Our house is very nice,
Furnished with care, it corresponds more to a dwelling rather than a furnished rental.
The living room is large and fresh even in high season and the first room is spacious and south facing, the second is smaller and has a double bed .The third has a single bed
The fully equipped kitchen is very functional.
2 bathrooms, one with bath and the other shower are very practical.
The 500 m² garden is decorated with two terraces provide shaded or sunny naps choice.
2 steps from the sea, you access carefree walk with at your convenience, the beach tamarisk and its sailing club, windsurfing and catamaran, the Miramar focused more on smaller with inflatable elastic, trampolines and or that little adventure course Argentiere near the departure of pines and beautiful coastal path towards the fort Brégançon.
300m from the port, shuttles to the islands, and a small complex of sympatiques shops and restaurants and a craft market once a week in summer as well as varied entertainment (foam ball, small concerts, karaoke night londais of artists, radio podium, and even a young jazz festival ...) What a holiday, sports or otherwise, more or less animated for others.
The house is close to a main road, especially in high season, but that allows you to be in port and at sea walk very fast.

1. There was no internet available inside the property. The wifi is located in the owner's neighbouring house, so only available from a spot in the garden where both gardens meet. Not convenient if you wish to use after dark. 2. The house is beside a main road, and the road was busy from early in morning until after our bedtime. The road noise prevented relaxing in the garden. 3. The property stated that it has a dvd player, but it did not. 4. Due to the mosquitoes, windows cannot be left open at night, so I would recommend air con. which is not available here.

Emplacement idéal si on veut se poser sans voiture.

Maison très agréable, pratique pour aller à la plage et au port à pied. L'inconvénient est d'être à coté de la route ce qui est bruyant. Les sanitaires sont un peu vieillot. La propriétaire qui habite à coté est très discrète et agréable. Nous y retournions volontiers.

l'endroit parfait pour explorer les environs

notre résumé est clair. pour les amateurs de la cote "nature" entre la Londe et le château de Brégançon, c'est réellement l'endroit idéal. la petite route qui serpente entre les vignes démarre à 5mn de voiture, et alors, c'est parti pour une ballade cheveux aux vents ( en cabriolet! ) direction les différents plages. et pour les plus sportifs, on peut même partir à pied et rejoindre le sentier de randonnée qui longe la cote. bref, nous avons vraiment passé un séjour idéal et merci à notre hotesse !

Schöner Garten

Der Garten ist sehr schön und man findet immer einen Schatten- oder Sonnenplatz. Leider ist die Hauptstraße nebenan und man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein (vor allem nachts bei offenem Fenster). Das Haus ist nicht neu aber gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und bemüht. Zudem wohnt sie nebenan, was die Kommunikation erleichtert.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est bien située. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est un vrai bonheur, le dîner également !!! Le séjour a été court !!! Nous essayerons d'y revenir...

Nous avons passé 5 jours avec notre petite fille de 18 mois dans cette maison identique à sa description. Pas besoin de véhicule, tout se trouve à proximité... c'est vraiment un plus. Accueil chaleureux pour que nous puissions nous sentir comme chez soi... de l'eau, une bouteille de rosé de la région... et une attention particulière pour que notre fille ne manque de rien (lit parapluie, chaise haute). Au top. Vacances réussies.

A very spacious property that is perfectly situated to explore the surrounding beaches.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and although I have listed some minus points, these did not detract from our holiday. Plus points * Very clean * Very spacious * Large secure garden that our 2 year old Grandson could run around safely in. * Great location for accessing the beautiful local beaches. * Great location for accessing the various restaurants at the harbour. * A very warm welcome and attentive service was provided by Marie-Line. * Our Grandson did not want to come home he loved it so much. Minus Points (these are only minor) * There is no air conditioning, and only one fan provided for the accommodation. A fan for each bedroom would have been ideal. * There are holes in all of the mosquito nets, so leaving the windows open was not really an alternative. * Although there are two bathrooms, there is only one toilet, and this is situated off the main living area.

Tolles Urlaubs-Zuhause mit viel Platz im und ums Haus. Gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem Komfort! Sehr nette Vermieterin, die auch großen Wert auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste legt. Kurze Wege zum Hafen und zum Strand. Prima Einstieg für den „sentier littoral“ (Küsten-Wanderweg: sehr zu empfehlen!). Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die nahegelegene Straße ist als „Einfallstraße“ von und zu diesem Wohngebiet und dem Hafen während des Berufsverkehrs - also vor allem morgens und abends - gut zu hören. Nachts ist es aber schön ruhig! Wir waren gerne da und schicken herzliche Grüße an unsere Gastgeberin!

Excellent séjour !

Belle et grande maison familiale, extrêmement confortable à tous niveaux : excellente literie, cuisine récente entièrement équipée, bcp de rangements, sdb et sdd fonctionnelles et en bon état, 2 terrasses permettant de bénéficier de l'ombre et / ou du soleil en fonction de ses envies. La plage, pas trop encombrée malgré la saison, et le port, avec ses restos et ses boutiques, à quelques minutes à pied. Bref de très belles vacances grâce à une propriétaire soucieuse du bien-être de ses hôtes !!! Le tout à un excellent rapport qualité / prix, non négligeable de nos jours. Merci pour votre accueil Madame Chanssaud, nous reviendrons !

très bonne

Malgré mes ennuis de santé, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances chez Marie-Line. Le salon est magnifique et les chambres sont spacieuses. Très bons lits. Mais le plus agréable pour nous, c’est le jardin et sa terrasse ombragée par un feuillage presque naturel. Un petit problème pour les personnes ayant de grosses difficultés à marcher. La marche d’entrée est encore possible mais j’ai dû renoncer, par prudence, à la baignoire et même à la douche. Les propriétaires nous ont reçu très agréablement avec des boissons fraiches dans un frigo branché à l’avance, une attention délicate. Je conseille chaleureusement cette location à toute personne un peu moins handicapée que moi. Claude Jonckheere.

wunderbar nah zu schönen Stränden

Das Haus ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und entsprach genau den Angaben. Bei Nacht ist die Straße zum Hafen auch kaum hörbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Vom Haus aus kann man wunderbare Wanderungen zu verschiedenen Stränden unternehmen und mit dem Rad ambitioniert in das bezaubernde Massiv des Maures fahren oder den gut ausgebauten Fahrradweg nutzen.

Excellentes vacances, maison très agréable

Nous avons passé de véritables vacances! Maison très agréable, très bien aménagée, très propre, et plein de gentilles attentions de la part des propriétaires. La plage et le port sont accessibles à pieds (même avec de jeunes enfants) ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Certes, la route est proche et passante, mais c'est logique en plein mois d'août. Et en étant à proximité port/plages il y a forcément du passage. A partir du moment où on le sait ce n'est pas gênant, surtout que la nuit on n'entend rien. Le jardin est grand et très bien entretenu, totalement fermé, ce qui permet aux enfants d'en profiter au maximum. Bref, pour résumer, rien à redire, si nous revenons à La Londe nous tenterons de revenir dans cette maison avec beaucoup de plaisir. Encore merci pour tout. Famille Hochard
