This comfortable apartment a few steps from the center of Garda and the beaches will welcome you with its simple but warm atmosphere.
Equipped with every comfort necessary for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and served by a large shared swimming pool surrounded by a large sunbathing lawn.
On the first floor you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace where you can dine outdoors.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the lake, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with tub and shower.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV and WiFi.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks or food and no consumables (soaps, shampoos, etc.) are provided.
Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00am.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
