Our rates include cleaning services at no extra cost or fees. For stays of 7 days or more, we usually offer weekly cleaning with fresh bedsheets, linens, and towels. For shorter stays, or if you wish for more frequent cleaning, please request beforehand. We'll try to handle your needs, courtesy of the management, at no extra cost (free of additional charges).

In accordance with Greek noise laws all guests are required to keep noise to a minimum, which includes avoiding loud music, construction activities, noisy discussions, and the unnecessary use of alarms or security systems. The quiet hours in Greek/Athens local timezone are: From April 1st until September 30th: 3 PM 5:30 PM (15:00 17:30 EEST, UTC+3) 11 PM 7 AM (23:00 07:00 EEST, UTC+3) (next day) From October 1st until March 31st: 3:30 PM 5:30 PM (15:30 17:30 EET, UTC+2) 10 PM 7:30 AM (22:00 07:30 EET, UTC+2) (next day) Pool maintenance is conducted twice weekly. During these times, guests are required to temporary vacate the pool and refrain from private activities such as nude swimming during these times. Please note that the pool is closed during the winter months, approximately from November 1st to March 31st. However, depending on availability and weather conditions, the pool may remain open in November if there are significant bookings.

Great Place In Chania

This home is great for families and groups. The grounds and pool are lovely. Pool is awesome and provided you have a rental car or are OK with cabs, the porperty is close to Chnaia town and other restaurants are within walking distance.

Little piece of heaven

Fantastic location with sea views to die for, I could happily spend hours just sitting on the balcony watching the ships coming into the harbour. Swimming pool is amazing, and we spent a lot of the holiday lazing around sunbathing and having a cool dip. whether for adults or older children who can swim, the pool is large enough to have a good swim. As there is no real shallow end small children would have to be accompanied Villa is very large with three bathrooms and three bedrooms so you are spoiled for space and there's a large living area with plenty of space to relax. Would not hesitate to return to this amazing Villa and the Hosts (Afroditi and Manos) are incredible in their efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Location is great for chania, Airport and local beaches although would recommend a car

Zimmer waren sauber, Gastgeber war schlecht zu erreichen, Blick aufs Meer war super.Ein Bad müsste mal erneuert werden , ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenfalls müsste in der Küche etwas erneuert werden.Kochtöpfe und Pfannen waren nicht dazu geeignet um mit ihnen zu Kochen. Arbeitsplatten in der Küche sind schon überklebt und sehen deshalb nicht besonders aus.Zum Schluß , das Haus ist ziemlich abgewohnt und hat wenig mit den Fotos im Internet zu tun.
