Welcome to a high-rise house in the deep beech forest on the border with Skåne. Here is time for recovery and quality time in the natural garden which is surrounded by horse pastures. Here is the opportunity to disconnect from everyday stress with a good book on the terrace, compose today's lunch in the outdoor kitchen, be activated on the trampoline or take a walk in one of the nature reserves, Deep Valley or Skinsagylte which is very nearby. Wood-fired sauna and washing machine in outbuildings on the plot. Inside the kitchen is the house's most spacious room downstairs that invites you to pleasant moments with coziness in front of the fire. Through the bedroom you come straight out onto the terrace. Next to the renovated bathroom, a narrow staircase leads you up to the bedrooms upstairs. From one of the bedrooms there is access to the balcony and one of the rooms serves as a children's and youth room with books, games and the opportunity to relax on the inflatable mattresses that are available together with an extra bed. The house has many nooks and crannies that arouse curiosity about its history. To this house you can easily get by car, but from here it is not far to either the beaches in the Pukavik area or to Listerlandet's range of pools, swimming in Hällevik, fish restaurants and many nature experiences. From Nogersund you can go on a day trip by boat over to beautiful Hanö. For those interested in music, the "Swedenrock" area is a quarter of an hour away by car, which is arranged in early June each year with rock bands from the world's elite.
