The property is quietly located close to the sea in the Vittoria Apuana district of the fashionable resort of Forte dei Marmi. The local beach, sailing club and typical seafront restaurants are all a 7-minute walk away, while the sandy beach of Lido di Cinquale is a 10-minute walk/3-minute drive away.

For those looking for a more active getaway, tennis and paddle courts are 200m away, while the Forte dei Marmi Golf Club is a 4-minute drive.

There are also numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and stylish boutiques in town that guests can visit without having to drive.
