Charming villa just a few minutes from the center of Forte dei Marmi and the beaches, surrounded by a beautiful garden of about 900 square meters, which is adorned with a large variety of plants and flowers. Two large terraces are the ideal place to spend time relaxing or having dinner while your children play in the wide open spaces in total privacy and security.

The bright and comfortable interiors are decorated in tasteful, classic and elegant.

Bar, restaurant, post office, newsstand, pharmacy and supermarket are all at walking distance (within 500 m) while the center of Forte dei Marmi with its promenade and shops frequented by the international jet-set can be easily reached by a short ride with the 3 bicycles that we provide or 5 minutes by car.

Equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, sun blinds, barbeque, private parking (4 spaces), TV set, Wi-fi, bicycles.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in elegant Forte dei Marmi. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, well-kept, and full of character—making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The garden is truly a highlight: lush, peaceful, and ideal for kids to play outdoors or simply unwinding.The location couldn’t be better, just a short distance from the beach and close to everything you need, yet still quiet and serene. On top of that, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived.A perfect place for a memorable vacation—we would gladly return!

A beautiful & peaceful place in Forte dei Marmi

I can strongly recommend this vacation house for a family or 2 families. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room for privacy and joyfully get together. There is a nice barbecue and a lovely terrace for dining and drinking. A short walk away do you have some very nice restaurants.

Great property

The house is in excellent condition, grounds are well maintained and close to the Marina. Great place for a family vacation. The owners are the kindest people. They live on the property and that is a plus because I felt we had more security since they were always there and if there was a problem, they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house is like described. A big house with garden. The landlords mother who lived in the basement was very nice. We had a nice week and only thing we missed was more busses to beach, the railway station and the mountains, since we didn't have a car.

Brilliant Villa for families and large groups.

This was a brilliant Villa for our stay. Guido and his family are so welcoming and very helpful. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The large garden is wonderful. It is private and very safe for you children. Guido allowed us to use a paddling pool for our grandchildren which was great because of the heat. We were close to Forte Dei Marmi and Querceta and short drive to Lucca, Pisa and Pietrasanta. We had a car so it was ideal. This villa is very much worth a stay.

Lovely villa plus outdoor spaces to make memories

This was my first time in Italy. I was worried about booking a house, but it looked so gorgeous. Also, we didn't have a car, so wasn't sure how that was going to go. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos. We spent hours on the outdoor patio, picked lemons in the yard to make lemoncello spritzes, and sat in the beautiful sun. The grocery store within a few hundred yards of the villa, was absolutely adorable with all the supplies needed for meals. Communication was astoundingly quick and Guido helped us book taxis and such since none of us spoke Italian. Can't say enough great about this gem of a place!

Das Haus ist schon außergewöhnlich!! Tolle Ausstattung und viel Platz.Allerdings sind die Fotos nicht aktuell: die Palme vor dem Haus gibt es nicht mehr, die Küche und die Fenster sind inzwischen weiß, nicht mehr Holzfarben.Unten im "Keller" wohnt im übrigen die Mutter von Guido. Eine ganz ganz nette Frau! Schade, dass wir Guido nicht persönlich kennenzulernen konnten. Er wohnt etwas außerhalb.Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub für uns als Familie!

Tolle Villa in Forte dei Marmi

Wir waren über Ostern in Forte dei Marmi. Das Wetter war besser, als befürchtet. Wir hatten angenehmes Klima für Ausflüge und zum Sonnen…Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und unseren Erwartungen. Der Garten ist groß und steht zur Nutzung frei. Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, von scharfen Messern, Töpfen und Pfannen bis zum Gasherd ist alles da. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig, die Betten sehr gut und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einführung durch die Mutter des Vermieters, Guido, war zwar auf Italienisch, aber selbst erklärend. Guido war für alle Nachfragen schnell erreichbar und freundlich und sehr nett. Jederzeit wieder!!

Entspannte Weihnachten mit der Familie

Mit 6 Personen hatten wir viel Platz und 3 Bäder. Der Garten sehr gepflegt. Schöne Zitrusbäume voller Früchte. Die Küche gut ausgestattet mit großem Gasherd und großem Backofen. Der Weihnachtsbraten ist gelungen! Schöne Terrasse. Wir saßen sogar draußen in der Sonne. Ganz in der Nähe ein Supermarkt. Heizung war gut. Guido der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit, erreichbar für Fragen. Das Meer ist in 10Minuten erreichbar. Ein schöner Urlaub in Forte dei Marmi.

Bezauberndes Grundstück mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und schöne Zeit in Forte dei Marmi. Das Haus und das Grundstück bietet ausreichend Platz für einen schönen Urlaub. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Die Nähe zum Meer und die gute Lage des Hauses waren sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nette Gastgeber, wundervoller Garten

Wir waren 7 Personen und 3 kleine Hunde. Es war genügend Platz für alle und durch den eingezäunten Garten konnte die Hunde den ganzen Tag frei rumspringen. Die Mutter des Vermieters wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück und ist sehr lieb und immer hilfsbereit! Besonders gefallen hat uns der wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus und herzliche Vermieter

Sehr schönes großes Haus und top gepflegter Garten mit wunderschönen Zitronenbäumen :-) Wir haben uns in dem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus super wohlgefühlt. Viele Schlafzimmer und Bäder, die Küche war super ausgestattet. Guido und seine Mama, die im Untergeschoß im Haus lebt, waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Eingezäuntes Grundstück war für unseren Hund auch toll. Beim Wetter hatten wir leider etwas Pech aber dafür kann ja niemand was. Bahnhof gut erreichbar, für Ausflüge nach Pisa oder Florenz. Kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit tollem umzäunten Garten

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Eltern des Besitzers leben in einem eigenen Apartment ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück was aber kein Problem ist da sie sehr freundlich sind und uns unseren Raum gelassen haben. Im Haus selber ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt was für unseren Hund sehr toll war. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand oder in anderen Städten. Beim Check In dürften wir kommen wann wir wollten, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Villa in

Sehr gut hat uns der Garten gefallen, der von den Besitzern gepflegt wird, die im UG wohnen. Die Austattung von Küche (z.B. Geschirr, etc) war sauber und umfangreich. U.a. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter stellte Stromadapter zur Verfügung, damit die Mikrowelle genutzt werden konnte. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und löst Probleme schnell und unkompliziert. Bei vielen Mobilgeräten mangelt es etwas an Steckdosen. Wifi ist ausreichend. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto etwa ca.15 Minuten entfernt. Die Fahrräder waren leider nicht nutzbar. Gegrillt wurde mit Holzkohle und Webergrill. Das Hauptbad hat eine Badewanne. 1 von 3 Schlafzimmer hatte noch ein separates Bad. Es gab noch ein Kinderschlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Wie in vielen Villas aufgrund des Baujahrs ist die Austattung konventionell. Perfektes Wetter, schönes Ambiente der Villa insgesamt sorgen für das nötige Urlaubsgefühl.

Mooie en royale villa in rustige wijk. Locatie is goed gelegen voor uitstapjes.

Forte dei Marmi is een chique dorp met breed zandstrand. Het centrum is erg prijzig met veel dure merkwinkels en dure terrasjes en restaurants, wat niet bij ons past. In de wijk van de villa is vlakbij een gewone en goede bakker, idem groentewinkel. Voor supermarkt moet je 5 min met de auto (Coop is netjes geprijsd). Ga voor kopje espresso (1€) en ijsje naar het pleintje in Quercetta (over het riviertje). Zeer geschikt voor uitstapje naar Pisa, Lucca en Livorno. Ga zeker ook de heuvels in voor autorit of wandeling.
