Newly refurbished 3 bedroom duplex apartment - Chester City Centre

This duplex 3 bedroom apartment is ideally located a stone's throw from the city centre, perfect for business, family breaks or shopping.

The space

The apartment is set over two floors. As you enter the apartment from ground level, steps take you up to the living area where you will find a large living room with a 55" Smart TV, comfy sofas and work area. Down the hall, is a separate dining area which leads through into a kitchen which has microwave oven, electric oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer. Continue down the hall is the family bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Upstairs are three ample sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, clothes rail, full length mirror and a set of drawers. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, clothes area and two sets of drawers and Bedroom 3 has a single bed, wardrobe and work area. Travel cot and highchair also available upon request.

Fibre broadband is also set up so it is the perfect place if you need to do any work.

My family and I are from Chester. We love this City and everything it has to offer from bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is really something for everyone. We love travelling and have stayed in AirBnBs around the world. We have seen the good, the bad and the ugly! For me, when I am away from home, whether it be by myself, with friends or with family, I want to feel comfortable in the space I stay in and have a home away from home. Hotel stays just aren't the same!

Why they chose this property

Bella's place is conveniently located, just a short walk from the City Centre and everything it has to offer. There is a supermarket on the doorstep. Parking is a premium in the city centre and Bella's place offers free parking; you can see the car from the kitchen window. You can easily get to Cheshire Oaks for designer shopping or even jump on the train (also a short walk away) to get to the Wirral, Liverpool or Manchester. It really is perfectly located for all your needs when visiting Chester and the surrounding area.
