The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The house is on one level with a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with single beds, a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a separate bathroom.

Outside: The villa has a magnificent terrace, an indoor barbecue and a table to enjoy the outdoors, an area with sofas and tables where you can relax with a gin and tonic at sunset. From here you can access the swimming pool with sunbeds and the garden.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are extra. This circumstance does not exempt the customer from his duty of care. Nothing will be deducted from the security deposit provided the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In accommodations where it is possible to add an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost is €15 per person per day.
Note 3. If late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost is €50 until 1 pm. and €90 until 4 pm.
Note 4. Electricity is not included in the price, the cost is 0.25€/Kw, payable on the day of departure.
Note 5. The property has central heating, this costs €35 per day if you request this service.
