The bright living room offers incredible views of the bay and access to a balcony facing the sea where you can take your time and enjoy the calm and landscape. The independent and fully equipped kitchen provides everything necessary, and also leads to a service room.A bathroom and a shower room are at the service of the 5 guests, who can sleep in a double bedroom and two additional bedrooms with a trundle bed each.The apartment is on a third floor without a lift, and on the top floor our guests can enjoy the communal roof terrace with integrated barbecue, which is shared with the first and second floors.Thanks to its location, this apartment is perfect for all those guests who do not wish to depend on a car during their holidays, as facilities of all kinds are practically at their doorstep!Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
