We have a beautifully furnished bedroom which can be arranged either as a twin or super king, in addition to a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed, making it perfect for families or larger groups. The bathroom is fully tiled and vented, with a shower, waterfall and bath for added luxury.

Downstairs, you'll find a light and private area, with a cozy living room featuring a TV with Netflix, a dining room, and a well-equipped study/office corner complete with virgin internet access. The kitchen is also new and fully equipped with all modern amenities.

Our outside area is the perfect place to sit back and relax, with a sunny spot where you can enjoy the weather, or even have a barbecue. We understand the importance of privacy during your stay, which is why this area is completely private to ensure that you can enjoy your time here to the fullest.

Our property is a fully refurbished 1900 terrace house located in the quiet area of Newton le Willows. We've taken great care to ensure that all aspects of the house meet European standards, including new insulation and being mold and damp-free. The house has been furnished with new furniture, and the kitchen and bathroom have been completely redone as well.

We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, which is why we've made sure that our bedrooms are comfortable, with black-out curtains to block out any light. There are Double or Twin bedroom options available. We also have fast internet and Netflix for our guests to enjoy, as well as a dedicated work/study space for those who need it.

Our property is dog-friendly, with easy access to a patio area where you can enjoy a sitting area. One of our best features is the double sink in the bathroom, making it easier for couples or families to get ready in the morning.

A lovely home from home

Modern and clean home, recently refurbished, in a great location in between Liverpool and Manchester. Good rail connections to both. Plenty of in street parking available and nice neighbours! We stayed here for around 6 months in total. Lovely comfortable rooms; plenty of space; good internet connection etc. Alice (the host) is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
