In addition to a weekly market on the high street and numerous specialty shops, pubs, and wine bars, the town's historic centre is thriving. The Sandstone Trail begins just outside the Bears Paw pub in the heart of Frodsham and extends 34 miles past Delamere Forest to Whitchurch, Shropshire. A t owpath walks along the River Weaver allowing visitors to see Dutton Locks and the famous Anderton Boat Lift further downstream.
