Holiday home for quiet enjoyers, because sometimes "time" can be a bit off.

Hidden away in the Kop van Noord-Holland on a small-scale holiday park (`t Zijpereilant) The dog is allowed and the beach is nearby. You can be in Callantsoog or Schagen within 15 minutes by car, but it is also easy to do by bike. The large garden is fenced and offers plenty of privacy. If you like fishing, a fishing pass is included. On the sunny terrace is a comfortable garden set and there is a large canopy.

Inside is a cosy large living room with lounge sofa, wood-burning stove and adjustable TV. There is a large dining table with plenty of chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge/freezer and 4-pit cooker.
There is ample kitchen inventory. If you want to rent with several families this is possible we have 4 houses all next to or opposite each other.
In the shed is room for your bikes. Downstairs is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a utility room with plenty of storage space, here is the washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs are two 3-person bedrooms with box springs 90/200.
You have private parking for several cars.

The holiday park has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (simple and unsupervised) accessible free of charge. There is also a playground at the park.
