There is 1 bedroom downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large play attic. Everything is close by because the villa is located in the center, 2 minutes from the shops and restaurants and 400m from the sea. Read on below for a detailed description of the accommodation. Layout On the ground floor: Hall with stairs to the top, living room/dining room, open fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with 2 single beds and many storage cupboards, bathroom with toilet / bath / shower On the first floor: Large bedroom with large double bed, plenty of cupboard space and a desk, bedroom with double bed and access to a small balcony and bedroom with bunk beds for 3 people. This room also has a desk and the attic stairs. There is a toilet and in the large night hall there is a corner with a sink and mirror. In the attic: A play attic with bean bags, a reading corner and a wide range of Playmobiles and Legos. Standing up in the attic is possible in the middle, but not on the sides. Outside: Driveway with space for 1 car, furnished terrace at the side of the house with BBQ, lounge set for 6 people, table, 6 chairs and large parasol. There is an outdoor shower at the back of the house where you can rinse off the sand and sea salt after a fun day at the beach.
