Très mauvaise expérience malgré une belle villa et des environs magnifiques

Oui l’endroit est très agréable : jacuzzi, piscine, terrasse, environs mer et montagne superbes (après le logement loué de la villa est simple). Mais l’hôte qui semble tout à fait charmante, gentille au départ se révèle être suspicieuse, désagréable, irrespectueuse. Vous parle et insiste lourdement, d’anciens clients/locataires du logement qui lui auraient volé des affaires, des serviettes entre autres… De ce fait, vous fait à plusieurs reprises, à vous aussi, des insinuations, réflexions et recommandations déplacées, notamment par textos whatsapp lorsq'elle s'absente de la villa. Met même vos enfants en cause en laissant entendre qu’ils pourraient emporter des choses du logement loué. Et lorsque vous l’appelez pour exprimer votre ressenti et essayez de vous expliquer, vous hurle dessus et vous raccroche au nez, ne vous laisse pas vous exprimer. Nous lui avons donc dit ce que nous pensions de son comportement par whattsapp. On accuse pas les gens tant qu’ils se comportent on ne peut mieux et qu’ils ne font rien de grave. Est obsédée par le fait qu’on puisse la voler - emporter des choses du logement - dans ce cas, ne pas le louer! Si elle est voleuse peut-être, ma famille et moi non. Vraiment pas professionnelle. Grosse déception. A fini par gâcher nos derniers jours de vacances

Von der Kommunikation über Check in ,Lage und vor allem einer wundervollen Gastgeberin, alles wunderbar! Marcella ist eine liebe und perfekte Gastgeberin, von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder in die unglaublich schöne Unterkunft zu dieser lieben Gastgeberin!

Sejour en famille dans un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Marcella, à notre arrivée Marcella a été parfaite, on s'est senti comme à la maison. Au sein de la maison , tout a été décoré avec goût et rien ne manquait. Le cadre est incroyable , une vue à couper le souffle.
