WATERFRONT, exclusive and refined complex in one of the most evocative stretches of the Montesilvano seafront and a few steps from the large golden sand beaches. The Interno 9 apartment, on the 2nd floor of the residence which can also be reached by lift, is a three-room apartment with a modern and refined style. The entrance leads directly into the living room, large and bright, with access to the terrace which offers a side sea view. The outdoor area is equipped with a sitting area to enjoy time outdoors and also a storage room with laundry corner. The living room has TV corner and sofa, and extends to the fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an induction cooking corner, oven and dishwasher; the living area has also a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area is composed by a tastefully furnished double bedroom, a second bedroom with exclusive entrance, and a second bathroom with shower. The apartment is air conditioned, offers Wi-Fi connection included, and has electronic key access. To offer you greater comfort, you will find included in the price an initial supply of bed linen and towels inside the apartment.
