Small house of 50m2 very sunny on a property of one hectare and a half, with swimming pool 9x4m (common with owner) .A brook, the Rieu Berlou crosses the ground where you will be able to bask on chairs in the shade of the big trees which along the creek that will rock you with its lapping .The house is facing south with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside with a walled garden (you are at home!) .It is located in the middle of the vineyards in Berlou which is a village vigneron ideally placed between sea and mountain.
On the ground floor of 25m2: contemporary kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, living room with a sofa bed (possibility of sleeping in 130x200), TV, wifi, bay window overlooking the garden and terrace.
On the floor: room with nice volumes (25m2),
electric bed 180x190, sofa, bathroom with large shower, separate wc. Two windows overlooking the countryside illuminate the apparent frame.

Home rider possible in the property with provision of round loin, forage, parking for your horse. Berlou can be the starting point for many hikes.

Idleness, calm or sports holidays ... everything is possible given the location of this haven of peace.

Discovery of beautiful landscapes of the Regional Natural Park of Haut Languedoc, picturesque villages Roquebrun, St Chinian, Cessenon, Vieussan, Olargues, Minerva.

Simple and authentic gastronomy:
Possibility of catering services or restaurant at Le Faitout restaurant 100 m where fresh and local products are worked by Frédéric, master restaurateur.
Tasting of the best wines of St Chiniannais and Berlounais with winegrowers meeting, visit of wineries, wine routes (proposed by owner).

Perfect for two

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The gite is perfectly located for easy access to all the Languedoc has to offer, mountains, gorges, beaches, canal du midi, forests, rivers etc etc etc! all within less than an hours drive. The house itself is bright, airy, comfortable and very peaceful.

Calme repos quiétude

Hôtes charmants et accueillants.Pas envahissants. Endroit calme et reposant pour nous qui avions besoin de repos! Mais activités de randonnées et très beaux lacs à proximité. La mer n'est qu' à 40 mn (Valras Plage) très belle plage et déserte à cette saison. Environnement viticole en pleine vendanges ..top et vins s excellents. De très bons restaurants en particulier le Faitout à Berlou on s'est régalés. Très contents de notre séjour.

Havre de paix , point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions dans l'arrière pays biterrois

Visites de plusieurs beaux villages, randonnées dans les vignes, sur les flancs de Montagnes, les gorges de l'Orb , de l'Héric .Dégustation de bons et surprenants vins sur les conseils avisés de nos hôtes. Restaurations dans des lieux atypiques . Baignades dans des piscines naturelles aménagées dans les cours d'eau et bassines naturelles.

Belle découverte à tous les points de vue!

Le Petit Nid est au calme, totalement clos, très bien équipé et l'intérieur, très propre. La piscine est grande, toute proche du gîte. Les propriétaires, Frédéric et Nathalie sont à la fois discrets et charmants, passionnés et soucieux de la qualité de notre séjour. Leur restaurant, le Faitout, situé ds le même village est à cette image, gastronomique dans sa qualité, leur carte inventive et raffinée et leurs vins, de qualité! Une mention particulière pour leur porcelet cuit 36h et la Sphère en dessert, justes incroyablement savoureux! Merci à eux pour tout !

Kleine maar praktische woning, wel ontbreekt er een goede schaduwplek op het terras. Mooi zwembad . Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Heerlijk eten in hun restaurant in Berlou.

On ne s’attendait pas au fait que les premiers commerces soient si loin mais c’est si beau et si calme que c’est ressourcant et apaisant ! Frederic et Nathalie sont super ! Ils nous accueillis, conseillés, renseignés, nous avons même eu des oeufs frais de leur poule ! Merci pour Willy (notre lapin) qui a adoré aussi ses petites vacances ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Super logement

Appartement bien agencé, propre, avec tout le confort. La climatisation est top car il fait chaud dans l Hérault ! La literie est au top ( lit électrique très confortable) On partage la piscine avec les propriétaires et les vacanciers qui louent les deux autres gîtes du site ce qui permet d échanger sur les visites et autres. On est au calme au coeur des vignes, des oliviers et bercés par le chant des cigales. Le gîte 2 personnes bénéficie d un jardin clos ce qui est top quand on a une chienne tranquille. Les propriétaires sont au top! N oubliez pas d aller manger au faitout ( leur restaurant gastro) situé à 5min à pied car Frédéric cuisine super bien et nous fait découvrir des saveurs extras avec des produits de son jardin accompagnés des vins du village. En résumé, tout était parfait.

Séjour idéal !

Dès mon arrivée, accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Ce petit gîte est fort joliment aménagé, lumineux et confortable. Terrasse plein sud avec belle vue sur la campagne. Endroit idéal pour le farniente, mais aussi pour les balades (il y en a de très belles dès le départ du gîte) et pour d'autres activités sportives. Je conseille sans restriction !
