Four bedroom town house across three floors. One shower room off the Kitchen, a family bathroom with a ground floor toilet. There is air conditioning to all four bedrooms and ceiling fans in the lounge area. WiFi and Smart TV with Netflixs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing family holiday. There is private underground private parking, three communal pools, tennis and basketball courts and a local family Spanish restaurant. Close to the beach and the Carabasi commercial area. A new Aldi has just been opened which is about a 15 minute walk.
