With a simple and contemporary decoration, designed for the comfort and well-being of guests, this apartment gathers all the facilities to enjoy a beautiful holiday in Madeira Island, in a work or leisure context.

The apartment includes a balcony, a living area, a TV with cable channels, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom inside, with a shower cubicle.
This property can accommodate two adults and one child (maximum), as it has a sofa bed for one person in the living room.
The balcony is accessed through the living area. In this space, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a nice meal al fresco.
The building has a common entrance and is located in Rua da Alegria, one of the arteries near the La Vie Shopping Centre.

In the city center there is plenty of information about all kinds of activities you can do during your holidays: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Awesome place to stay in Funchal

Great accomodation with a very nice location for exploring Funchal. Shops, parking, main promenade are just in few minutes walking distance. Apartments are well equipped and easy to access. Lovely terrace to have dinner. There are few things to improve that are easy to do: 1) Bathroom blinds are a bit transparent IMO should be more solid/private. 2) Nasty door-stopper right in the middle of the way from one of the bed's sides. Beware of it because it can hurt your toes really bad

A month stay in Madeira

When a property is rented out a test run of using it by the owners/managers would help sort out any problems that might be encountered. Someone needs to regularly check the maintenance and facilities provided.

great appartment

Overall the appartment was great. The only downside is that it becomes very warm during the day (even with all windows and curtains closed) and is really difficult to get it to cool down during the evening/night. Plus it seems like the curtain in the bathroom are very see-through, especially when its dark outside and you have to lights on in the bathroom, which makes it kind of uncomfortable to take a shower. Other than that, the apartment has all the facilities you might need during your stay and is very comfortable and roomy. Location is perfect, with a cheap parking (parque 2000), a mall with supermarket and city heart close by.

Great apartment

Great apartment, 5 minutes walk from the center, 1 minute from the shopping center. Renovated, equipped with the necessary including washing machine. Do not provide parking but it’s easy to find nearby. The only negative point, the curtains of the room, white, enters all the light, day and night. It has no blinds or dark curtains. Same in the bathroom. Curtains don't provide much privacy. Overall a good stay.

Really disappointing

The accommodation really disappointed us and I wish we booked somewhere else for our week long stay in Funchal. The main issue (which I now see has been raised multiple times before) is the shower. The way it's designed means that you have to hold it with your hand and there is no seal at the bottom so water gets everywhere in the bathroom each time you shower. I raised this to the team at the time but nothing happened to sort it. We also found the flat very stuffy and had to sleep with the windows open but the road was really busy and loud, so we didn't sleep well throughout our stay. The view from the balcony was misleading - what isn't shown in the pictures is many dilapidated buildings that neighbour the property.
