As you enter this welcoming apartment a small hallway leads you to the bright living room. The pastel colours and the neat finishings are perfect for a pleasant chat on the comfortable sofa for 4 placed in front of the 60-inch flat-screen TV. The living room design is a mixture of modern and vintage furniture, you have a glass table for your morning coffee, and an antique wardrobe with a showcase. Parque Loix urbanization is perfectly located within walking distance to Playa de Levante. Without having to leave the premises you can have all sorts of activities in the urbanization, suitable for children as well as for adults. You have access to a tennis court, a soccer field, a basketball court, a swimming pool and a playground. The Mediterranean vegetation is delightful, the urbanization is completely safe.

~ Beach
Levante Beach is part of the outstanding beach of Benidorm. It is within walking distance of the apartment (300m). As the beach faces south you will be able to fully enjoy the sunlight all day long. Maybe this is one of the reasons why Benidorm beach is one of the best-known and most loved beaches in Europe. The over 2 km long stretch has fine golden sand and calm waters, the Mediterranean sea reveals all its majesty here along the promenade full of beach restaurants, and the famous chiringuitos. Your kids will enjoy the three playgrounds all year round, and the sun loungers and parasols are available 11 months a year. There is even a beach library for those who search for an alternative to the varied water sports.

Within walking distance, you have plenty of chiringuitos (beach restaurants) that offer local specialities and international cuisine. Although you have plenty of attractions very close to the property if you feel like travelling you can rent a car or bike. You have Terra Natura, two zoo theme parks at only 5 km from the apartment. You can surprise your kids by letting them have real contact with wildlife animals as the barriers in the park are invisible. The recommended duration of a visit here is around 3 hours, so this can make one of the days spent in the area a real enjoyment worth remembering. Aqualandia is at only 1.3 km and offers a full spectrum of water fun, it has 15 water rides suitable for all age groups in a natural environment. Europe’s highest-standing glide is here, so it is definitely worth visiting! If you want to explore the beach offers in this area you have Mal Pas beach at 2.3 km from the property, a small bay beach located between Poniente and Levante beach renowned for its surrounding rocky ledges. Nearby is the old town of Benidorm worth visiting for its typical Spanish narrow streets, small squares with elegant cafes, bars and restaurants and the old Catholic Church.
