Apartment in great location - close to bars, restaurants, shops but quiet area in evening. Lovely view from balcony over the sea front and the sea (can here the sea at night) Very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The location of the flat was what appealed for us to book it, and the view from the balcony was great for people watching, and the sea view.Its a bit tired, but everything was clean. Showers were powerful and plenty of hot water. Kitchen fully equipped if you wanted to self cater in any way.The owner arranged our transfers, which ran smoothly, and met us on arrival for a handover. We didn't have enough towels, but this was quickly resolved by Whatsapp.The beds were comfortable, and one of us used the sofabed no problem with plenty of spare linens. Having two bathrooms was a godsend for 6 ladies. Bring your own toiletries and toilet roll as only half a roll in each bathroom, and no soaps for the bathrooms, but fairy liquid is there for washing up. If you're looking for an inexpensive break, then its perfectly fine as a base to sleep and shower. If you're looking for luxury, then this won't be for you. But was OK for us for a 4 nighter.
Alister was an ideal host, he and his partner met us at the apartment late at night. They gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and made it very clear that they were available for any contact during our stay. The apartment was in an absolutely wonderful position next to the beach and very close to the night life without being so close as to be subject to excessive noise.
Apartment was in ideal area, very comfortable flat and the balcony was brilliant, glad there was a lift, kitchen was well equipped. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property. The location is great - close to all amenities i.e. bars, restaurants, shops but is in quite area. The apartment is excellent as is the hosts, Ali and Shaz.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here, i have also used Ali before to book other properties.
I have never had a bad experience, Ali is always happy to accommodate any requests, where possible. The apartment was spotless and location fantastic. Absolutely would come back here and use Ali for future bookings.

This apartment had everything we needed for a group of 4 friends. Perfect location close to nightlife, beach and restaurants but nice and quiet at night. Our welcome and check-in/checkout was faultless with Ali and Shaz being the perfect hosts. Thank you! We may be back!
The location, booking process and management of the apartment are perfect. The apartment is exactly as described, its not a 5 star hotel but very good value for the price of the stay. It suited our needs for a couple of nights experience in Benidorm.

A lovely spacious apartment in the perfect spot, has everything you could possibly need, just like home from home. Was greeted by Ali on arrival who showed us around the apartment and made us feel welcome. Will most definitely be back.
