Stylish and exclusive penthouse apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, communal pool in Caleta de Fuste.
This new apartment has the appearance of a boutique hotel and is the perfect home for a wonderful holiday. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large round table with four chairs and atmospheric lighting. A lounge sofa on the adjoining terrace lets you relax and enjoy the views of the mountains and golf course.
There is a stunning roof terrace with amazing views of Chipmunk Mountain, the golf course and surrounding mountains, you can enjoy all day long sun with a sofa/chairs for relaxing and 4 sun loungers.

The compact kitchen is equipped with crockery and glassware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and various kitchen appliances, grill, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine/tumble dryer is housed in the utility room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Fine bedding, pillows and plaids complete the rooms. Each modern bathroom is furnished with a spacious sink, toilet, and showers, hair dryer and shower essentials. This apartment caters to your every need: air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, a safe, free WiFi, a TV system with numerous channels, movies and box sets which are in English and in several other languages. The Smart TV allows you to login to your Netflix or Prime account.
Located in the quiet gated community called Pueblo Majorero, well maintained gardens, a huge communal pool, a pool for the children and a play park. The apartment complex is easily accessible via a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport (about 15 Euros). The beach and the Atlantico Shopping Centre are are within a five-minute walk, with a full-size supermarket and range of shops, food and drinks. Caleta de Fuste, also known as Caleta or Castillo, is situated on the east coast, nine km from Fuerteventura International Airport in the municipality of Antigua. It’s an ideal location from which you can explore the island or enjoy the enjoy the amazing beaches with fine golden sand and crystal clear water. There are numerous bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Other nearby facilities include a small marina, convention centre, two golf courses, a casino, and a variety of water sports such as sailing, surfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, snorkelling, and diving. Golfers can play year-round at the Fuerteventura Golf Club which borders the apartment complex and recently hosted the Spanish Open. This unique 18-hole course offers an exceptional practice area, driving range with more than 50 positions, 800 m2 green putting, green approach, bunker, Pro Shop store and restaurant. A stone’s throw away is the second golf course at Fuerteventura, Golf Club Salinas De Antigua, an 18-hole, par-70 course designed by Manolo Piñero, two-time world champion. Great base for exploring the island

Really lovely apartment- exactly as described, if not better as it is well situated on the corner of the building so not overlooked at all. Apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Roof terrace a huge bonus. Great base for running and hiking- we had a great week!

CTF holiday 🌞

We enjoyed staying at the apartment and found communication with Kim v helpful. Perfect location for touring the island. Though also an enjoyable walk to town 20 - 25 mins, taxis under €5 also v affordable. I think having access to a sturdy parasol at the pool or / and Patio area would have made the experience more enjoyable.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the apartment. Earlier check in was much appreciated and as soon as we walked in we could relax. Loved the balcony and roof terrace. Only 5 min walk to the commercial center and so very convenient for the supermarket. Fab furnishings too. Complex was quiet and lovely view of the golf course and mountains. Weve already booked to return later in the year.

Wonderful apartment

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in November 2023 and found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal with views over the golf course from either the balcony or the roof terrace which is a boon as at this time of year the balcony is in shade but of course the roof terrace gets the sun all day. It is worth noting that the apartment is on the second floor which is accessed via a lift. (Very handy at my age) We also liked the fact that the "Atlantico" shopping centre is only a short walk away and has a large supermarket as well as several other shops and eateries as well as access to the beach-side walk into Caleta centre with it's many restaurants and bars etc. We hope to be able to book for next year, possibly for 3 weeks (depending on my mobility).

Great Apartment

Stayed here for 12 days in August 23, the apartment was great, the best we have ever stayed in, really modern, clean, well equipped, it was great to sit on the roof terrace and look over the golf course. The pool was really big and sometimes we were the only people in it, never more than about 10 people in it at one time, really clean and modern around the pool, plus a small toilet block. The loungers around the pool were not good but I believe the apartment now has it's own to take down? The loungers/outdoor furniture on the balcony/terrace was very high quality. Hired a car from Autos plus car from the airport, worked out at £10 per day! Visited every corner of the Island, some amazing beaches to visit, Corralejo beach to the East of Corralejo was our favourite, we did our shopping at the Lidl just out of town. Great restaurants is the shopping centre near by, the Shivam is definitely recommended, and some nice ones as you walk round to the beech (smile terraza recommended). The main town of costa caleta felt a bit run down for us, a bit scruffy, and the area up the hill (Castillo?) was shocking, we had originally booked an apartment up there at Club Montecastillo and we walked up to have a look, the whole area is really bad, we would have moved from there immediately if we hadn't already changed. We loved our holiday as we split it up, one day in resort, the next travelling to see another town/beech, I would definitely recommend getting a car.
