Stayed here with my partner and granddaughter, the penthouse is amazing and had everything we needed. In a good location for Atlantico shopping centre and 20mins walk into Caletta. We would stay again.

Great base for exploring the island

Really lovely apartment- exactly as described, if not better as it is well situated on the corner of the building so not overlooked at all. Apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to cook if you want to. Roof terrace a huge bonus. Great base for running and hiking- we had a great week!

Christmas Stay

We spent 10 marvellous days, over X-Mas, at this lovely appartment. It is very well equipped and we did not miss anything! Check-in was very easy and we loved to be there. We would highly recommend this appartment, if someone is looking for an individual holiday.

CTF holiday 🌞

We enjoyed staying at the apartment and found communication with Kim v helpful. Perfect location for touring the island. Though also an enjoyable walk to town 20 - 25 mins, taxis under €5 also v affordable. I think having access to a sturdy parasol at the pool or / and Patio area would have made the experience more enjoyable.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed for 6 nights and loved the apartment. Earlier check in was much appreciated and as soon as we walked in we could relax. Loved the balcony and roof terrace. Only 5 min walk to the commercial center and so very convenient for the supermarket. Fab furnishings too. Complex was quiet and lovely view of the golf course and mountains. Weve already booked to return later in the year.

Fantastic Appartment

Check in was completed a couple of days before arriving.Key codes provided before we got there.Appartment was immaculate and exactly as shown in photo’s.Everything you need in the kitchen was provided.We stayed for 2 weeks and the whole fortnight was incredible we’ll definitely be coming back.Quick mention to Kim who manages everything from payment,check in and your stay in the apartment she was excellent.

Wonderful apartment

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in November 2023 and found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is ideal with views over the golf course from either the balcony or the roof terrace which is a boon as at this time of year the balcony is in shade but of course the roof terrace gets the sun all day. It is worth noting that the apartment is on the second floor which is accessed via a lift. (Very handy at my age) We also liked the fact that the "Atlantico" shopping centre is only a short walk away and has a large supermarket as well as several other shops and eateries as well as access to the beach-side walk into Caleta centre with it's many restaurants and bars etc. We hope to be able to book for next year, possibly for 3 weeks (depending on my mobility).

Great Apartment

Stayed here for 12 days in August 23, the apartment was great, the best we have ever stayed in, really modern, clean, well equipped, it was great to sit on the roof terrace and look over the golf course. The pool was really big and sometimes we were the only people in it, never more than about 10 people in it at one time, really clean and modern around the pool, plus a small toilet block. The loungers around the pool were not good but I believe the apartment now has it's own to take down? The loungers/outdoor furniture on the balcony/terrace was very high quality. Hired a car from Autos plus car from the airport, worked out at £10 per day! Visited every corner of the Island, some amazing beaches to visit, Corralejo beach to the East of Corralejo was our favourite, we did our shopping at the Lidl just out of town. Great restaurants is the shopping centre near by, the Shivam is definitely recommended, and some nice ones as you walk round to the beech (smile terraza recommended). The main town of costa caleta felt a bit run down for us, a bit scruffy, and the area up the hill (Castillo?) was shocking, we had originally booked an apartment up there at Club Montecastillo and we walked up to have a look, the whole area is really bad, we would have moved from there immediately if we hadn't already changed. We loved our holiday as we split it up, one day in resort, the next travelling to see another town/beech, I would definitely recommend getting a car.

L'appartement est un vrai bijoux, magnifique, propre et entièrement agencé. Que du bonheur ! A 7 min. à pied du centre commercial et à 8min. à pied de la magnifique plage.
