Outside, there is a large terrace next to the swimming pool. A bar equipped with a bottle rack and sink. A toilet with shower. It also has an outdoor hot tub that can be used all year round. There is no additional cost. And finally, a private tennis court.
The house is fully fenced and has private parking.
Next to the house, there is a gas cylinder storage room.
