Just a couple of things to know...

This property is in a local apartment building which is not very sound proofed meaning that when the neighbours fight - they sound like they are in the same room. I only mention the beds because I am over 6' tall, and didn't realize that the beds are low to the ground (i.e., 16" from the floor) which makes it difficult to get in and out of in the middle of the night. The location is pretty much an equal distance from the beach and the Old City section. The kitchen is well stocked and a store is only 1.5 blocks away. Provided that you are willing to wear ear plugs when you sleep, I would recommend this location.
