Rosebud rentals with pool

The place was as described and ticked all the boxes. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone wishing to stay at the Mornington Peninsula.

The property was very spacious. Great living area and bedrooms are very comfortable. Hospitable hosts and up market equipment make for an enjoyable stay. would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at La Sabbia! The house was spacious, beautifully fitted out and super comfortable—perfect for unwinding and feeling at home. The kitchen was excellent for meal prep, with everything we needed.One of the real highlights was the outdoor spa, especially with the cooler weather—it was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The location was fantastic too: close to the beach, shops, and cafes, yet the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for resting and recharging.While it was perfect for our relaxing getaway, it would also suit a larger group really well, thanks to the lovely dining and lounging area with fireplace on the verandah and the large grassy area for kids to run around and play. And the gym in the garage was an added bonus.The booking and access (keys, gates etc) process was also very easy.We wouldn’t hesitate to come back—highly recommended!

Fantastic stay, brilliant accommodation and host was so helpful and friendly. We loved the games room and the close proximity to the beach and lovely restaurants. So relaxing, especially sitting out on the deck, and I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Honestly can’t fault this house! We have been here as a group 3 times now and we are still welcomed with a smile from the owners. Being a group a ladies sometimes some of our booking plans have not gone to plan. We are very thankful that you trust us to take care of your home. Thanks for having us once again!

We only were there to sleep,,Can I say the place is lovely but the cleaner needs to clean every where other than that all good

The house and in particular outdoor/pool area were fantastic. Easy walk to supermarket and town. The property offered additional items I wasn't expecting such as coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, dyson vac ect. Great living room with comfy couch. Beds were comfy, ample towels for pool area.

We loved our stay here, the place is huge and very spacious. The spa, pool and billiard room are fantastic and you really don’t need to leave.
