Summary:
Here's a brand new building :) This place feels like a 5 star hotel, but with the addition of a fully-equipped open plan kitchen and a spacious living room! Centrally located but peaceful at the same time.

The Neighborhood:
The best thing about the flat is its location. A 5 minute walk brings you to the most important shopping street on the island, Triana, with countless alleyways of local restaurants and bars. An extra 10 minutes and you find yourself in the historic town of Vegueta, where Colombus and Magellan had a good night's sleep before setting sail to America!

Getting Around:
The central bus station of Sant Telmo, "El Hoyo", is 5 minutes away by foot. Buses depart regularly to every spot on the island, including the majestic sand dunes of Maspalomas (40 min), and the fishing town of Mogán (50 min). The beautiful urban beach of Las Canteras is a mere 10 min away. This is a great spot for live music and good food. To this end, we strongly recommend the Mumbai Sunset bar on Saturdays!

Very comfortable, great location

Lovely, new property in a convenient location for old town, bus station, bus stops (to the beach), local cafes/restaurants and shops. Located at the intersection of several roads, can be a bit of traffic noise. Property is super modern, safe, clean and well equipped (appliances) but kitchen sparsely equipped for food prep and cooking. Managing agents very helpful and prompt responding to queries.

Alles perfekt gelaufen

Sehr schönes, neuwertiges Appartement. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war exzellent - möchte behaupten, das beste (und schnellste) was ich in den letzten Jahrzehnten erfahren habe. Parksituation vor Ort ist eher schlecht, aber machbar. Obwohl das Objekt zu den höherpreisigen gehört, würde ich sagen, dass das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung geht. Danke für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt!
