This brand new 2-bedroom apartment is located just 10 mt from the promenade of Bugibba and in front of the sea. This 50 sqm apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area with a big corner seaview terrace.
This lovely seafront apartment with large corner terrace is located right on the promenade in St Paul's Bay overlooking the islands of St. Paul's. One can enjoy the most beautiful panoramic spectacular sea views and the most beautiful sunsets from the front terrace. This is a lovely brand new apartment that is modern finished and fully equipped for your holiday in Malta.

Apartment specifications:

The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room with seaview terrace with outside furniture (tables and chairs). The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. Apartment measures 50 sqm internally and can accommodate up to 4 people.

There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor.

Good Apartment, nice sea view, close to Bugibba Square

Fairly good apartment. Good location right on the sea front, it gets strong sun in the morning and evening (not mid day as it is in shade). Checking in was easy, and clear instructions are sent. Owner owns the entire 10 floor block. 2 or 3 people will respond to any question you send them quite promptly. We had a problem on booking as AMEX was not accepted so we have to make full pre-payment by bank transfer to avoid a 3% surcharge - none of this is mentioned on the listing. It seems like a way to get some extra. What is on the listing, but easy to miss is the 'electricity limits' which you are reminded of in posters, texts and emails - any 'excess' is charged. Makes it quite stressful as they never say how many units you get allowed before the charge applies - just an appropriate amount. You will also get links to introduce you to their travel agency which is on the ground floor. They also have a cafe on the ground floor and a restaurant on the first floor but these were closed during our stay. The facilities are fairly standard/basic, although we would have preferred to have some cleaning supplies available - even some wipes to give surfaces a clean - and extra towels - only given 2 towels each. There is a washing machine but no detergent. The dodgems/bumper cars across the street do make a little noise, but that stops about 11pm. There are a lot of restaurants/bars near by. Parking generally can be a problem as the one way system means a lot of circling!

The apartment overlooks the sea and has wonderful seaviews and the most amazing sunsets. We’d like to clarify a few points. First, we do accept AMEX, and the issue you encountered was related to the card not working, not our policy. To help, we provided alternate payment methods such as bank transfer, which was clearly communicated. Additionally, all details regarding card fees and limits for water and electricity are clearly stated in the listing. As Malta is a small island with limited resources, these measures are in place to ensure sustainability. Our usage limits are set generously to ensure guests have a comfortable stay, and as in your case, you did not exceed them or incur extra charges. Regarding cleaning supplies, please note that we provide standard self-catering accommodation, and as such, we encourage guests to bring or purchase any additional items they may need. We also offer a washing machine for convenience. We always strive for transparency and encourage all guests to carefully review the listing before booking. Appartement confortable et centrale mais...très bruyant

L appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé, situé dans la très animée station balnéaire de buggiba. Tout pourrait être correct sans la sono a fond d un stand de autotamponeuse qui ruine toute possibilité d apéro ou dîner sur la terrasse. Pas de répit de la fin d après midi jusqu'à 23h. Quelques difficultés pour se garer dans le quartier. Dommage...

Thank you for having been our guests. We are disappointed by the low rating and find it very unfair as you first you are acknowledging that the apartment has all comforts but then you are rating us on the neighborhood as it was not wat you had in mind.. A bit of checking about Bugibba (Touristic area of St Pauls Bay) on the internet should have given you all the information of what to expect. Furthermore being a holiday in mid-September, here in Malta we are still enjoying Summer and thus there will always be a lot going on outdoors. After your arrival you made it clear to us in your messages that you wanted a very quiet location where you see, an meet no one. You also refused to meet us or any of our staff. In fact we did not even see you. Malta is a small but densely populated island. Thus such away – from - it – all holidays are not possible. Bugibba (Touristic side of St Pauls Bay) Promenade is quite lively and there are attractions for all age groups. On this lively promenade one can enjoy bars, restaurants, ice cream kiosks, Sandy and Rocky beaches, ferries and cruise boats (to Comino/Blue Lagoon), lidos, beach Clubs, Malta National Aquarium, Playing grounds for children, Children water park and also a Bumping Cars attraction. Our location is ideal for all group ages. In Summer (April to October) there is a lot going on in the area. In Winter the area is much quieter. We hope this review reply helps future guest to choose the best location and period for their holiday. Whatever the period you choose our building enjoys spectacular sea views and we are always available to give our guests all the support and comfortable apartments to make a memorable holiday.
