Step out of the front door of Morgy Broth Cottage for an unrivalled view across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Island and its iconic lighthouse. Tucked away on quiet Mount Pleasant, this fantastic example of a traditional miner’s cottage has just been renovated for the 2025 summer season and has been thoughtfully decorated in a chic minimal style, pairing vintage and antique pieces with comfy modern furnishings and is located just a couple of minutes’ walk from Fore Street and the lively Harbour front.

Sitting room furnished with a contemporary 2-seater sofa, wingback armchair, side table with lamp and Smart TV (streaming channels only).
Dining room with vintage wooden dining table with 4 chairs, small sideboard with vintage style record player.
Kitchen has fully fitted kitchen with Belfast sink, fridge, electric double oven with integrated hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
Courtyard: paved with shed containing washing machine and tumble-dryer.

First floor
Master bedroom with king-sized bed, mid-century side tables with bed side lamps, full length floor standing mirror and hanging rail.
Twin bedroom with comfy twin beds, vintage chest of draws, side lamp and hanging rail.
Shower room:  generous sized shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.              
With full gas central heating and on-demand hot water, 9 Mount Pleasant is a gorgeous and centrally located cottage with a sweet internal courtyard.

We just loved this sweet cottage. Everything you needed and tastefully decorated- a page from a current design magazine. Nice dishes and glasses as well. The location was prime for going to the beach and dinner/shopping.Super grateful to have made this my home in St. Ives.
