About this space
Two Bedroom spacious bungalow set in a rural location within its own grounds. Beautiful shrubs and trees surround a generous garden. This really is the perfect secluded spot providing easy access to the beach resorts of both Aberystwyth and Borth but somewhere quiet to retire to in the evening. This property boasts plenty of space both inside and out with ample room for parking and eating al fresco.

This property is all on one level but there are uneven parts to the garden to be mindful of.

OUT & ABOUT
Comins Coch is a great location to give you a ‘get away from it all’ feel. You are only 3 miles from Aberystwyth centre and approximately 4 miles from the lovely sandy beaches of Borth. The bungalow is situated just over a mile to the university Penglais Campus. You will need a car to reliably get to these places, but once in Aberystwyth, there is public transport to many of the surrounding areas and a wonderful steam train journey to Devils Bridge. If you want to encounter dramatic sea views take the train journey up to Pwllheli where much of the journey has spectacular views across the Irish Sea.

As mentioned above the garden has some areas that are unstable underfoot due to loose stones concealed under the grass.

There is also a double sofa bed in this room that you are welcome to use. Bedding and towels are not provided for this but can be requested at a charge of £15.00

Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire of my property along with garden and driveway parking for up to 2 cars. There are some areas of the garden away from the house that guests are advised not to walk on as they are a bit unstable.
This property has a septic tank so please be mindful that only toilet paper can go down the toilet. All other sanitary products will need to go in the bins provided.

Other things to note
SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note: There is a £100 charge for lost keys and £50 charge for call outs, so please be careful with the keys.
There is a security camera situated in the window next to the front door that is pointed onto the driveway.

This property has a septic tank and so please use the bins provided for sanitary waste. Toilet paper is fine but no wipes etc must be flushed down the toilet. There is signage of this in the bathrooms.
