Spacious apartment with large terrace, within a fabulous complex with swimming pool, walking distance to the Lagos Marina.
This two-bedroom apartment is very bright and has a huge terrace with a beautiful and peaceful view of the condominium gardens and landscape. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and is supported by another bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher.
The gardens of this complex are expansive with plenty areas to explore. It benefits of an Olympic size pool, another baby pool, two tennis courts, and a children’s playground which are open all year round. There is also a restaurant in the pool area which opens from April to October.
Located walking distance to the Lagos Marina, this place has it all!
