Villa Agave is a separate unit, of the Bio Konavle ranch, completely fenced, located in the middle of a beautiful Konavle field near Dubrovnik, surrounded by greenery and nature ideal for to enjoy in peace and complete privacy. Bio Konavle Ranch is known for its organic vegetables, donkey milk and as an ideal place for riding beautiful Icelandic horses. The villa is surrounded with beautiful nature, dense forest, silence and chirping of a birds. On the ranch it is possible to ride horses, play mini golf, small football, basket or just enjoy. Mini golf car is available only for villa Agave guests to easy movement around the ranch. From the entrance to the villa there is a spacious hall to the left and to the right are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the garden. There is also a toilet in the hall. Several stairs lead to the living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as the billiard room. One bedroom is on the upper floor and has a separate open bathroom and access to a large terrace. The living room and dining room have an exit to the spacious garden where there is a field of lavender, olives, agave and other beautiful plants and greenery. Next to it is a closed garden, in one part of which there is a sauna, shower and toilet, and in the other part there is a kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable longe sofa. The glass walls of the winter garden can be completely opened and connected to the terrace next to the pool. The pool 4 m*7 m is actually one large hydro-massage pool with lots of jets on the walls and floor, so it is ideal for relaxing. It is covered and heated during non-summer period. The villa is air-conditioned and has a floor heating. All bedrooms, living room and winter garden have smart TVs.

Konavle is southernmost municipality of Croatia located just 20 km away from Dubrovnik old town. It received its historical name from the canals (Canales) dating back to the 1st century A.D. The canals passing through this area used to bring water from the wells in Vodovada to ancient Epidaurum - Cavtat. It is still possible to see the remnants of the old waterworks right next to the field path there is also an inscription in Vodovada at a place where the water originated and in Cavtat to where it was brought. As early as the 16th century, these canals evoked great interest among many historians and humanists, who came to admire the amazing techniques used during the Roman epoch. One of the many features of Konavle is well preserved extraordinary natural beauty that with its appearance and relief reminiscent Tuscany. It is great holiday destination for travelers who are seeking completely opposite experience of overcrowded Dubrovnik. Costal part of Konavle is mainly concentrated in two small towns. Cavtat and Molunat. The famous Soko-kula (meaning the Hawk-tower) dating to the 15th century is in a village called Dunave, which was a frontier post and stronghold of the Dubrovnik Republic. There is possibility to go mountaineering on mountain Snježnica (1234 m), the northern part of Konavle, go drive jeep safari, visit folklore in Čilipi on Sundays.
