When you want to be in central London, you can get there easily – it takes forty minutes on the tube to reach Regent’s Canal, and forty-nine minutes to get to the National History Museum.

The apartment is just an eight-minute drive to Alexandra Palace – if you’re in town to see a gig or an event there, this home is the perfect choice.

The apartment is bright and attractive, with chic bohemian touches that make it stand out from the crowd. Skylights mean that it feels roomy and welcoming, and everything you might need is close to hand.

We love the open-plan living and dining space, where you can whip up meals together and happily while away the evenings. You might settle down for a family movie, or bring board games for a cosy night in. However you use the space, you’ll be glad to have somewhere so comfortable to call home.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• A refundable security deposit of £500 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. Alternatively, you may opt to pay a non-refundable £35 damage waiver fee in lieu of the security deposit. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
