The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, and another bedroom with two single beds. It has a complete bathroom with bathtub. And the living room, which connects to an open kitchen, and ends in a balcony overlooking the sea.

Decorated with lots of charm, it is the ideal place for a long stay either for leisure or work. It has WIFI and Smart TV, as well as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, and of course air conditioning and heating.





*Minimum age 35 years, ideally families or couples.



*Important: This property is rented on a monthly basis subject to these conditions:

- An intermediate cleaning may be required for reservations of more than 2 months.

- Stays of more than 90 consecutive days are not allowed. For longer reservations, please consult us.





*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.

*The property is only rented for temporary stays for leisure, holiday, recreational or cultural purposes, such as contests, congresses, fairs, festivals, events or similar. In accordance with the applicable regulations, this contract is not subject to the rent containment measures established for permanent housing contracts.
